If you need a clean list of scheduled patients without displaying their specific appointment times, you can easily customize and print an Event Report.
Step 1: Generate and Customize the Report
- Log in to the system as an Administrator.
- Click on Reports in the top-left header.
- Select Events from the report options.
- Customize your report by adjusting the filters and columns. To hide the times, simply remove the Start Date/Time and Created columns from your view.
- Once the report looks the way you want, click the Printer Icon to print your schedule.
Step 2: Save the Report for Future Use (Optional)
If you need to print this specific schedule regularly, you can save it as a custom template so you don't have to remove the time columns every single time.
- On the left side of the Event Report screen, locate the My Versions section.
- Click Create New Version.
- Name your custom report (e.g., Patient Appointments - No Time).
- Apply your desired filters and column settings.
- Click Save.
Tip: The next time you need this list, just click on your saved version under My Versions to generate and print it instantly!
