Generate Patient Appointment History Report by Practitioner
Follow these steps to create and download a report of a patient’s appointment history filtered by practitioner:
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click on Reports located in the top left header.
- Under the Patient section, click on Events.
- Click Download. The report will download as a CSV file.
Once you download this report, you can better understand patient interaction history and improve clinic operations.
List Clients by Number of Appointments
Organize your client data by sorting them based on their appointment count.
- Log in to your account as the Admin.
- Click on Reports.
- Select Events.
- Open the Grey column button.
- Select Visit Numbers.
This will add the visit count to your report view so you can see and sort clients by how many appointments they have.
