CMS-1500 forms are tied to a single invoice. You would need 1 CMS-1500 per invoice.

Can patients see their superbills in the portal?

This is an approved feature we will develop. I do not have a timeframe for completion.

No, superbills are generated on a per invoice basis.

Can I generate a superbill without a patient's insurance info?

Yes, you can generate a superbil without the insurance policey. You will need to add the treatment codes.
