Can I create a room?
At this time, we don't have a concept of rooms. This is something on our roadmap, but we don't have and ETA. The only way to do this is with multiple practitioners representing each room until we have a Rooms feature.

Does Noterro have a payroll feature?
No, Noterro does not have a payroll feature. You can track practitioner sales in the Sales Report and export to CSV for further calculation. For payroll processing, you would need to use a separate payroll system.

No, when you enable Google Calendar 2-Way Sync, it always syncs your Noterro events.

Once the transaction is deleted, it cannot be undone
Can you use a stylus and write notes?
The hand-written fields using a stylus aren't not supported.
Is there a way to disable the duplicate note function in Noterro?
No, there isn't a way to disable the duplicate note function in Noterro.
Where are my reviews?
There is no review feature in Noterro. We don't recommend linking reviews to your booking system, otherwise you would lose them if you ever changed booking providers. We recommend using Google Reviews.
How can I add resources eg. room or equipment?
We don't have a concept of rooms/equipment at this time. It's on our roadmap, but there is no ETA.
Can I import template from external source?
Currently, Noterro does not support importing templates directly from external sources. You would need to manually create or copy the content into Noterro's template system.
Can I change the language of the Software to French?
Currently, Noterro does not support changing the entire system language to French. However, forms can be set up to be available in multiple languages, including French, using Google Translate.
How do I delete a picture on the note?
If you don't want diagrams or images to be included in a clinical note, you can choose not to add the SOAP widget in the clinical note template section. This way, the option to include diagrams will not be available when creating or editing clinical notes using that template.
How do I set up a text follow-up?
Noterro does not currently support sending text follow-ups directly through the platform.
How do I edit the addenda?
You cannot edit the addenda after it has been added.
Can I receive calls using the dedicated phone number?
Currently, incoming calls to the dedicated phone number are not received in Noterro. The dedicated phone number is primarily used for outbound SMS and voice calls made on behalf of your clinic.
Can I make it so alerts get sent to my phone?
The Alerts feature inside Noterro (the in-app banner/flag you can add to a patient or appointment to catch staff attention), those alerts do not send to a phone. They display within Noterro only.
I need to add my wife as the other owner?
You cannot have multiple admins/ owners
Is there a way to keep track of gift vouchers?
Noterro does not have a tracking system for the use of gift certificates.
Can I hide the practitioner's name on Square transactions?
You are unable to hide the practitioner's name.
How do I make checkbox answer align vertically not horizontally?
The checkbox with comment question types are always 3 columns across from left to right.
Can I do it from my phone?
Admins and Practitioners can add availability to their calendar via computer or phone.

Is there a way to change how frequently Noterro logs out?
Currently, Noterro does not provide a feature to change the frequency or duration before it automatically logs out a user due to inactivity. The session timeout settings are typically predefined to ensure security and protect sensitive information, especially in a healthcare setting.
How do I delete conditions?
There is no option to delete a condition directly. Noterro does not currently support deleting conditions once they have been created. In such cases, you might consider editing the condition to repurpose it or marking it as resolved to remove the condition
How do I write a prescription?
Noterro does not have the option to write prescriptions.
Do you have diagnosis help in the system?
Currently, there isn't a specific report in Noterro that allows you to pull data directly by diagnosis
Can I remove snapshot categories?
In Noterro, snapshot categories cannot be removed. Snapshots are designed to provide a comprehensive overview of patient information, and while you can add items to snapshots, the categories themselves are fixed within the system.

Find a time on Noterro App is a symbol of a clock in blue colour.
Can I view what my projected revenue for the upcoming week is?
The analytic report demonstrates projected revenue for the upcoming weeks to months.
Is the area to update RMT registration under base setup?
The RMT registration details are managed directly by the Practitioner within their own profile. Admins cannot update this information through the Base Setup in the Clinic Settings. Practitioners need to log into their own accounts to update their registration and other personal details.
Can you show me what the Square terminal looks like?

You cannot select which Professional ID number to display on the invoice; both will appear. If you need them separated, you will need to add another practitioner seat.

Noterro currently does not support changing the order of Practitioners in the Calendar, only for online booking.

You are unable to change the day of the week you would like it to start. You are able to select which day of the week you work.

How can I let practitioners add codes?
Only an Admin can add insurance codes in Noterro by logging in, navigating to Insurance settings, and adding new codes. Practitioners do not have permission to add codes themselves.
Can you have a different picture in treatment notes template?
Yes, you can have different pictures in treatment notes templates by selecting various image diagrams in the SOAP note section. You can choose different diagram types and body parts to tag and draw on, customizing the visual content in your clinical notes.
Is Noterro a pci compliant provider?
Noterro does not store credit card information. Card data is securely stored with the payment processor instead, which helps support compliance and security
How do I find out how many hours I worked for the year?
To find out how many hours you worked for the year: Go to Reports (top-left header). Select Events. Set the Time Frame to cover the entire year. Scroll to the bottom of the chart to view the total minutes worked. This will give you the total hours worked for the year.
Can I just bring on a practitioner for a month or two then delete and add back eventually?
You can bring on a practitioner for a short period and then delete them, but deleting is permanent and may be restricted if they have invoices. It's generally better to disable the practitioner temporarily, which removes access but keeps records intact, allowing you to add them back later.
Does Noterro have a barcode feature?
No, Noterro does not have a barcode feature.
Where do I find the clinic time zone settings?
Log in as the Admin, click the Gear icon, and open Clinic Contact Information. Under the Calendar & Appointments section, you will see your clinic’s current time zone. To update or change this time zone, please email support@noterro.com with your current and new time zone details, and our support team will update it for you.
How do I check weekly revenue?
To track your weekly revenue, use the Sales Report feature. To generate a sales report, log in as Admin, go to Reports in the top left header, and select the appropriate sales report under the Finance section (Products, Service Sales, or Practitioner Sales). You can filter by date, patient, or practitioner and download the report as a CSV file for detailed analysis.
