Combining Services and Add-Ons for Personalized Appointments

Enhance your service offerings by adding features such as aromatherapy to hot stone treatments or extending the treatment time. These enhancements can be set up as add-on services in your Noterro account. Link them to regular appointments to offer a more personalized experience for your patients.

Steps to Create Add-on Services

Follow these simple steps to set up add-on services as part of your main offerings:

1. Sign in as the Admin of your clinic account.
2. Click on the Gear icon.
3. Navigate to Base Setup.
4. Click on Services.
5. Create a New Service that combines your main service with the add-on in a single entry. For example, if your Hot Stone Therapy is 60 minutes and the Aromatherapy add-on adds 15 minutes, set the total duration to 75 minutes and adjust the price to reflect the complete offering.

Important Note: Noterro does not currently support selecting an add-on as a separate item during bookings, so combining them into one service entry is the best workaround. This integration allows you to offer comprehensive solutions while working within the system's current capabilities.
