Insurance Optional Fields

Adjust the optional fields for insurance policies and claims, specifically for Canadian users who wish to enable Telus eClaims or CMS-1500 fields.

Enable Insurance Optional Fields

Follow these steps to configure the insurance optional fields for your needs.

1. Log in as the Admin.
2. Click on the Gear icon.
3. Select Insurance.
4. Navigate to Form Fields.
5. Toggle the Switches for the fields you wish to enable.
6. Use Quick Select to activate the Telus eClaims or CMS-1500 fields.

After completing these steps, the chosen fields will be enabled, allowing for effective insurance policy and claims management tailored to your region and requirements.
