You may find that you are not able to select "Swipe, Tap or Insert Card" on an iPad or iPhone when using Square payment processing, even though you are connected to Square. There is a setting that needs to be switched off on the iPad or iPhone.
- Click on the Gear icon (on your iPad)
- Scroll down the page and click on Safari
- Scroll down the page and click on Request Desktop Website
- Make sure the switch is in the Off position for All Websites
