You may find that you are not able to select "Swipe, Tap or Insert Card" on a n iPad or iPhone when using Square payment processing, even though you are connected to Square. There is a setting that needs to be switched off on the iPad or iPhone.
- Click on the Gear icon (on your iPad)
- Scroll down the page and click on Safari
- Scroll down the page and click on Request Desktop Website
- Make sure switch is in the Off position for 'All Websites'
