Cancel a Square Transaction on the Terminal

Follow these steps to cancel a transaction initiated with Square on your Terminal.

1. Log in to your Noterro account.
2. Locate the transaction you want to cancel under Payment Processing.
3. Click Cancel Payment in the transaction window in your Noterro account.
4. Alternatively, tap the "x" in the top left corner on the Square terminal.

Once the transaction is successfully canceled, you can select the correct payment method to settle the invoice.
