Over Payment to Square Account

If you're using an Android device and do not turn off your taxes in Square (in the settings section), your account will appear to have an overpayment. The amount in Noterro will be correct, but you need to issue a refund for the additional taxes charged to Square.

Removing Tax Charge in Square

1. Log into your Square account.
2. Click on Transactions.
3. Select the Invoice.
4. Click Issue Refund.
5. Select Amount.
6. Enter the Amount.
7. Click Next.
8. Select Reason for Refund.
9. Click Refund.

By following these steps, you ensure that any excess tax amounts are refunded back to the client, aligning your Square account with the correct figures shown in Noterro.
