Refund Policy Details

  • Noterro shall charge the credit card of the Customer for the Fees immediately upon  subscribing for the service , subject to any costless trial period of the SaaS Services that Noterro may offer from time to time if any.  Upon any other Fees becoming incurred, Noterro may charge the credit card of the Customer for such other Fees immediately. All Fees are due immediately. Except as expressly provided otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
  • However, you can cancel your account within the first 14 days of a paid subscription and receive a full refund. No questions asked!
  • If the first 14 days have ended and you feel you deserve a refund, click here to tell us why and we will review your request.

Additional Information

  • Please allow up to 20 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Noterro is not responsible for any bank charges, commissions or overdrafts. The only way to remove these charges is through direct negotiation with your bank.
