Clinical Note Status Report

A clinical note status report tracks progress and ensures the completion of the Patient records. This report will allow you to display the filtered date range of draft or finalized clinical notes.

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Click on the Graph icon (Reports) in the left navigation.
3. Under the Patient section, click on Clinical Note Status.
4. Click Download (it will be downloaded as a CSV file).
