Using the customizable Event Report, you can track appointment statuses—booked, Arrived, Late, No-Show, or Cancelled. Within the Reporting section, you can filter by practitioner, patient, and date range to uncover trends, resolve scheduling challenges, and support better patient care while protecting your revenue.
- Log in as Admin.
- Click on Reports (Graph icon in the top left header).
- Select Events.
- Customize the report using the appropriate filters and column, including All Arrival Statuses.
