Labels Report

Practitioners may want to report the labels assigned to certain Patients to facilitate personalized care, track specific medical conditions or preferences, and enhance communication and treatment planning for improved Patient outcomes. This report will allow you to display those labels assigned to Patients.

Update A List of Patient Labels

Follow these steps to generate a report of labels assigned to Patients:

1. Log in as the Admin.
2. Click on Reports (top left header).
3. Under the Patient section, click on Labels.
4. Click Download (it will download as a CSV file).

This report can be used to review and manage the labels effectively, ensuring that personalized care and treatments are well-documented and accessible.
