Deleting Your Clinic Account

Cancel your subscription before deleting your clinic. Deleting a clinic is irreversible, and all associated data, including patients, forms, agreements, and clinical notes, will be permanently removed. Note that you cannot delete a clinic while it's on an active subscription. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your clinic.

Submitting a Request to Delete Clinic Data

1. Log in as the Admin.
2. Click the Gear icon (top right header).
3. Click on Base Setup.
4. Scroll to the bottom and, under the Delete Account section, click Manage Subscription.
5. On the Subscription page, scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription.
6. Click Delete Account.
