I can not open this in Microsoft excel. Does this not open in an excel file?
I have created a ticket to respond to your questions
I just noticed a discrepancy with service sales reports and invoices. Perhaps I am misunderstanding but I noticed a difference between the amount in the 2 reports of over $600. Upon investigation I found that the Service Sales report did not include the invoices/sales that were made manually. Almost all my clients I do an automatic invoice creation from the booking but I have one day a month that clients are not booked in the system. Rather, they show up without doing online booking and I create a soap note and invoice from the note that isn't automated from the online booking. Those client sales do not show up under service sales report and completely ruin how I do my bookkeeping. All my sales are listed under the Invoicing report but I need to have the item listed under those reports to complete my bookkeeping. Why do the service sales report exclude these manually made invoices?
Hi Whitney, sorry for the trouble on this. The Sales Service Report reports on invoice items which are linked to both a service and a treatment date. I'll create a ticket for you so we can look at your situation specifically. -Ryan
Again the filtering of practitioners is not working. Seems to be hit and miss.
Denise, that sounds strange. I'll open a ticket to see if we can reproduce the issue and resolve anything that may need to be corrected.
