In certain situations, you may need to add one or more services to a new or existing invoice. Follow these simple steps to accomplish this task:
Adding Services to an Invoice
- Click on Add Invoice from one of these locations:
- The Add New option in the header
- Billing Activities
- Under the Billing tab in the Patient Profile
- Type in the Patient’s name and click Add Invoice. Note: If you created the invoice from the Patient's Profile, skip this step.
- Under Invoice Items, type in a Service Name.
- Select the appropriate Service.
- Click Finish.
Important Note: To add services to an existing invoice, select the invoice (e.g., INV-4), choose Edit, type in the service name under Invoice Items, and then click Finish.
