There may be instances where you'll need to add a service or multiple services to a new or existing invoice. Here are the steps:
Adding Services to an Invoice
- Click on Add Invoice (from the Add New in the header, Billing Activities, or from the Patient Profile under the Billing tab).
- Type in the Patient’s name and click Add Invoice. You do not need to do this step if you created an invoice from the Patient's Profile.
- Type in a Service Name under Invoice Items.
- Select the appropriate Service.
- Click Finish.
Important Note: You can add services to an existing invoice by selecting the invoice (e.g. INV-4) and then selecting edit, typing in the service name under invoice items and clicking finish.
