In the Web Portal, in a logged-out state, a Patient can check if their address fits the criteria for receiving mobile care.
Checking Eligibility for Mobile Appointments
- Log into the Clinics Web Portal (i.e. wellnesscenter.noterro.com).
- Go to the Home Page.
- Under Location Category, you'll see Mobile Appointments.
- Press Check a Location.
- Enter your Location.
- If your address is in the service area, you'll receive the message, "Great news! We service this area!"
- Sign Up or Log in to continue.
Important Note: If your address is outside the service area, you will get the message, "Sorry! We don't service this area!"
