How Do I Book a Mobile Appointment

Book mobile appointments with ease if your practitioner offers treatments on the go. Our Web Portal and App provide a seamless experience for booking these services. Follow the steps below to schedule your next mobile appointment.

Booking Mobile Appointments From the Home Page (Service)

1. Log in to your Web Portal.
2. Navigate to the Home Screen (left sidebar).
3. Select a Service.
4. Choose the Mobile Address under the Location section.
5. Select your preferred Date and Time, then press Continue.
6. Verify your appointment details and press Proceed to Book.

Important Note: Remember to include your mobile number when completing your booking so that the practitioner can reach you if they need to or require additional information.

Booking Mobile Appointment From the Home Page (Location)

1. Log in to your Web Portal.
2. Navigate to the Home Screen (left sidebar).
3. Under the Locations category, select your Go Location.
4. Select the Service, along with the appropriate Duration and Practitioner.
5. Select your preferred Date and Time, then press Continue.
6. Verify your appointment details and press Proceed to Book.

Important Note: Remember to include your mobile number when completing your booking so that the practitioner can reach you if they need to or require additional information.

Booking Mobile Appointment From the My Location Page

1. Log in to your Web Portal.
2. Navigate to My Locations (left sidebar).
3. Select a Location. If you have multiple locations, choose your preferred treatment location.
4. Click Book at This Location.
5. Select the Service.
6. Select your preferred Date and Time, then press Continue.
7. Verify your appointment details and press Proceed to Book.

Important Note: If you would like treatment at a different Go Location, add the new location on this page, and then proceed to book your appointment. Ensure that your mobile number is included in your booking to facilitate communication with your practitioner if necessary.
