The Find a Time feature is an efficient tool for manually booking patients for mobile appointments. It enables you to view all available times for the selected service and practitioner.
How to Use the Find a Time Feature
- Log into Noterro.
- Navigate to Calendar.
- Click Find a Time (located in the top right).
- Select a Practitioner if the patient has a preference, or leave it set to Any Practitioner.
- Add an Existing or New Patient.
- Select the Service.
- Add a GO Location or choose from a Previous Location.
- Select the Date and Time of the appointment.
- Click Continue.
- Review the Appointment Details and Reminders.
- Click Save.
Important Note: If the patient’s location is outside your service area, the Find a Time feature will not function, and you will need to schedule the appointment through the Calendar. This feature in Noterro GO is only available on the Plus and Max plans.
