Practitioner Safety Alerts are sent to a Practitioner's designated safety contact when a Practitioner doesn't check out of their mobile appointment on time. Here are the steps to set up Safety Alerts in Noterro GO.
Enabling Safety Alerts
- Login as Admin.
- Go to Clinic Settings.
- Select GO from the list.
- Go to Practitioner Safety Alerts.
- Select Add next to the Practitioner Name.
- Enter your chosen Safety Contact Name.
- Select Notification Timing.
- Choose Email, Text Message (SMS), and Phone as the notification methods.
- Enter the Email Address or Phone Number for the chosen notification methods.
- Click Save.
Important Note: You can send safety alerts using multiple notification methods. However, you can only input one safety contact for each type of alert.
