Updating Pricing on Future Appointments

Ensure your service rates are consistent with your updated pricing by applying changes to all future bookings. This step is crucial when prices have been adjusted to avoid discrepancies between current charges and future appointments.

How to Update Prices on Future Appointments

Follow these steps to adjust the pricing for upcoming appointments:

1. Log in as the Admin.
2. Click on the Clinic Settings (represented by the Gear Icon).
3. Navigate to Base Setup.
4. Locate the Update Prices button:
5. Click on the button, Update future appointments to reflect current prices.
6. Read the Warning. A modal will inform you that this action can't be undone. Read the warning thoroughly to understand the implications of this update.
7. Complete the Update. Once you acknowledge the warning, complete the update. This will automatically adjust the prices for all future appointments.

Important note: Updating prices across many appointments can take time, especially for larger clinics. Typically, this process may take anywhere from 10 to 20 seconds. After clicking 'Update Pricing,' the button will say 'Pending.' This message indicates the system is processing the change. Once it's complete, it will notify you how many appointments were successfully updated with the new pricing.
