Setting different prices for services at specific locations can help optimize your offerings based on varying costs and market conditions. Whether you're adding or editing prices, follow these steps as a Noterro Administrator.
Adding Different Prices Per Location
If you've recently expanded to a second location or are offering new services, you'll need to add pricing specific to that location.
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click on the Gear icon (top-right header).
- Select Base Setup from the menu that appears.
- Scroll to the Service section.
- Click on the Add New button on the right side of the Services section.
- Enter a Category for the service.
- Enter a Name for the service.
- Under Duration and Price, enter the service's duration, recovery, and price.
- Under Practitioners and Location, click Manage and select which location you want this service to be available.
- To add a different duration and price to another location, select Add Duration, input the duration, recovery, and price, click Manage and select the other location.
Editing Service Pricing by Location
Adjusting prices or durations for existing services at specific locations is straightforward:
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click on the Gear icon (top-right header).
- Select Base Setup from the menu that appears.
- Scroll to the Service section.
- Locate the specific service you want to edit and click on its Name.
- Under Practitioners and Location, click Manage and select which location you want this service to be available.
- Click Save to save the changes.
Important Note: This feature is excellent for offering the same service at different prices or durations across various locations. Adjust according to your specific market needs!
