Adding a Location to a Service
Adding a location to a service is simple. Here's a step-by-step guide:
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click on the Gear icon (top-right header).
- Select Base Setup from the menu that appears.
- Scroll to the Service section.
- Click on the Add New button on the right side of the Services section.
- Enter a Category for the service.
- Enter a Name for the service.
- Under Duration and Price, enter the service's duration, recovery and price.
- Under Practitioners and Location, click Manage and select which location you want this service to be available at.
- Click Save.
Editing a Service Location
If you need to update an existing service with a specific location, follow these steps:
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click on the Gear icon (top-right header).
- Select Base Setup from the menu that appears.
- Scroll to the Service section.
- Locate the specific service you want to edit and click on its Name.
- Under Practitioners and Location, click Manage and select which location you want this service to be available at.
- Click Save.
Important Note: This feature is ideal when one location offers a service that another location doesn't.
