Requesting Activity Logs

In clinic management, it's important to have access to detailed activity logs that provide insights into user actions and system events. Activity logs allow you to track and monitor access to PHI (Protected Health Information) within your clinic account, helping you maintain confidentiality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requesting Activity Logs

Requesting activity logs is essential for maintaining a clear record of user actions and system events within your clinic account. These logs provide valuable information that can be used for troubleshooting issues, identifying potential confidentiality breaches, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Activity Logs can be requested to display a detailed breakdown of the user's activity.

1. Log into Admin.

2. Click on the Gear icon.

3. Select Base Setup.

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page in the Account & Logs section

5. Click on Request Activity Logs.

6. Choose the desired Date Range for the activity logs.

7. Click on the Send Request.

Important Note: One of our team members will contact you to provide your activity logs. Logs are available to request for up to 18 months.

Tips and Best Practices:

1. Use activity logs to identify any unusual or suspicious activities requiring further investigation.

2. Keep a record of activity logs for future reference and auditing purposes.

3. If you notice any unauthorized or suspicious activities, change passwords and contact support if necessary.
