Send a Copy of a Signed Agreement
Follow these steps to send a signed agreement to a Patient:
- Log in as the Admin or Practitioner.
- Click on Patients in the main navigation.
- Select the Patient's Name.
- Click on Agreements.
- Click on the Three Dots to the right of the Agreement.
- Select Download.
- Email the downloaded agreement to the Patient.
Important Note: Always ensure that the contact details for the Patient are current and correct before sending the email. Double-check the downloaded agreement to make sure it is the correct document intended for that Patient.
