Practitioners may want to send a Patient a copy of a signed agreement to ensure transparency and mutual understanding of the terms and conditions agreed upon. Here's how you can send someone a copy of their signed agreement.
- Log in as the Admin or Practitioner.
- Click Patients in the main navigation.
- Click on the Patient's Name.
- Click on Agreements.
- Click on View.
- Click on the Printer icon in the top right.
- Select Print to PDF in your Printer Settings.
- Email the PDF document to the Patient.
