Updating or Adding my Credit Card

As a Patient, you can easily add or update your credit card information on your account.

Update Your Credit Card Information

Follow these steps to add or update your credit card details:

1. Log in to your Account.
2. Click on your Initials in the sidebar or your Initials in the Footer.
3. Select View Account.
4. Click Add New Card and then follow the prompts.

Once updated, your new credit card information will be saved to your account.

Removing Your Credit Card Information

To ensure there are no interruptions with ongoing treatment plans or pending balances, patients cannot manually delete a saved card. If you need to remove a credit card from your profile, please contact your clinic directly.
