As a Patient, you can easily add or update your credit card information on your account.
Add Your Credit Card Information
Follow these steps to add your new credit card details:
- Log in to your Account.
- Click on your Initials in the sidebar or your Initials in the Footer.
- Select View Account.
- Click Add New Card and then follow the prompts.
Once added, your new credit card information will be saved to your account.
Removing or Updating Your Credit Card Information
Currently, patients cannot directly edit or update an existing credit card from within the patient portal. However, they can easily resolve this by:
1: Add the New Card as a New Payment Method
During the checkout or booking process, the patient can simply enter their updated card details as a brand-new payment method.
2: Contact the Clinic for Backend Updates
Alternatively, the patient can reach out to your clinic directly. Your team can securely update or remove the expired card details on the backend via the practitioner/admin dashboard.
