Adding a Free-Text Field to Your Clinical Note Template

Follow these steps to modify your clinical note template and include a free-text field.

1. Log in to your account as the Admin.
2. Click the Gear icon.
3. Navigate to the Templates section.
4. Scroll down to locate the Clinical Notes section.
5. Find and select the template you wish to modify.
6. Within the template editor, click the plus (+) icon in the section where you want to add a text field.
7. Select Text area from the selection.
8.  Add your text.

By completing these steps, your clinical note templates will now include a free-text field, enabling more flexibility in your record-keeping and documentation.
