Is there a way to include a body diagram on an intake form I see them in the notes section, but I'd like to include with intake sent to client prior to treatment?
Currently, Noterro does not support including body diagrams directly in intake forms. Body diagrams are available within the clinical notes section for practitioners to use during or after treatment.
Can I add my own desired diagram on a clinical note?
Currently, Noterro allows you to select from various pre-existing image diagrams within the SOAP note section of a clinical note, but it does not support adding custom diagrams. You can choose different diagram types and specific body parts to tag, draw, and report on, but custom diagrams cannot be uploaded or added.
How do I change the banner on my form, agreement and clinical note templates?
There is no way to edit the banner of form, agreement and clinical note templates.

You are unable to add a diagram to a form, only to clinical note templates.

No, you cannot add your images to the clinical notes.
How do I add photos to my clinical note?
You are unable to add photos to your clinical notes directly. However, you can add a photo to the Patient profile under uploads and reference the photo in your notes.
Can I add a spinal drawing to a form?
It is currently not possible to add a spinal drawing directly to a form. The anatomy photo diagrams are only available in the clinical notes as part of a SOAP note.
I want a free-text field inside the template.
To add a free-text field in your clinical note template, log in to your account and navigate to the templates section by clicking on the gear icon. Scroll down to find the Clinical Notes section. Once you have located the template you wish to modify, select it to proceed with adding a free-text field.
