   • Ensure your organization has an active Noterro account.

2. Provide Proof of Non-Profit Status

   • Submit documentation verifying your non-profit status. Examples include:

     • IRS Determination Letter (501(c)(3)) for U.S.-based organizations

     • Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Charitable Registration (T3010) for Canadian organizations

3. Confirm Practitioner Seats

   • Let us know the number of additional Practitioner seats your organization requires.

Note: Ensure your documentation is up-to-date and clearly identifies your organization, and provide the exact number of seats needed for efficient account setup. Once your submission is reviewed and approved, your Noterro account will be updated to include the unlimited Practitioner seats for your non-profit team.
