Provide your patients with a detailed record of services and associated costs by printing an invoice.

How to Print an Invoice

Follow these steps to print an invoice for your patients:

  1. Click on the Invoice (e.g., INV-3) from either the Billing Activities page, the Clinic Patient Profile page, or directly from the Appointment.
  2. Click on the Three Dots located in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Print.

Important Note: You can attach upcoming appointments to the printed invoice by toggling on 'Show Upcoming Appointments.'

    At work I was trying to print invoices, but they came out as blank sheets. Is this a Mac problem? At home on the PC they print correctly. Also on the Mac I tried ctrl+P, which did print out the info, but it looked at though it were layered over another form, making it difficult to read. Any thoughts about how to solve this?

    When you print an invoice and the preview is blank it is a problem with Google Chrome.  You will need to update to the latest version of Google Chrome to resolve this issue.

    The latest version of Chrome is:  66.0.3359.117
