Send invoices to your patients via email for their records and reference at any time.
Email an Invoice
Follow these steps to send an invoice to your patients easily:
- Click on the desired Invoice (e.g., INV-3) found on the Billing Activities page.
- Alternatively, you can select an invoice from the Clinic Patient Profile page or directly from the Appointment.
- Click on the Three Dots located in the upper right corner of the page.
- Select Email from the dropdown menu.
Important Note: Enhance the invoice by attaching any upcoming appointments. To do this, toggle on ‘Show Upcoming Appointments’ before sending the email.
