You can easily email an invoice to your Patients to provide a detailed record of services and associated costs for their reference and records.
How to Email an Invoice
- Click on the Invoice (example INV-3) from the Billing Activities page, the Clinic Patient Profile page, or from the Appointment.
- Click on the three dots (upper right corner).
- Click Email.
Important Note: You can attach upcoming appointments to their emailed invoice by toggling on 'Show Upcoming Appointments.'
