Manage and charge for No-Show appointments efficiently by generating an invoice within your clinic's system. Follow the steps outlined below to ensure proper billing for patients who miss their appointments.
Invoice for No-Show Charge
Method One: From the Patient Profile Page
- Click on the Patient's Name from the Patient Listing Page or use the search feature in the navigation bar.
- Go to the Billing tab.
- Select Add Invoice.
- Enter the missed service associated with your clinic (e.g., Massage Therapy).
- Click on Treatment Date to adjust the treatment date and click on Practitioner to assign the Practitioner who was supposed to perform the service.
- Use the Tax Field to apply relevant taxes.
- Modify the price if you charge a different rate for a No-Show.
- Enter No Show in the note field.
- Press Finish.
Method Two: From an Appointment
- Select an Existing Appointment from the Calendar.
- Choose Add Invoice.
- Select an invoice (example, INV-3).
- Click Edit.
- Adjust the price if necessary for a No-Show.
- Enter No Show in the note field.
- Click Finish.
By creating an invoice for No-Show appointments, you maintain accurate billing records and enforce your clinic’s No-Show policy effectively.
