Your clinic will want Patients to pay their invoices, settle their bills, and make outstanding payments. There are three easy ways Patients can pay and settle an invoice.
Method One: Billing Activity
- Click on the Billing Icon in the left navigation.
- Select the Invoice to be paid (for example, INV-3).
- Click Pay.
- Click the Add Payment Method button.
- Click Add Payment Method.
- Select Payment Method.
- Click Pay.
Method Two: Patient Profile Page
- Click on the Patient's name.
- Click on the Billing tab.
- Click on the Pay icon in the line where the Invoice (for example, INV-3) is located.
- Click Add Payment Method.
- Select Payment Method.
- Click Pay.
Method Three: An Appointment
- Click on the Appointment.
- Click on the Invoice (for example, INV-3).
- Click on Pay.
- Click Add Payment Method.
- Select Payment Method.
- Click Pay.
Important Note: To simplify the payment process, click Quick Pay and select a quick payment method. You can also send the invoice to the Patient by clicking the three dots above the Pay button and then selecting Print, Email, or PDF.
