Patient View: Admin
The Admin account holds advanced options for managing the clinic's patient list. Follow these steps to navigate the Admin menu:
- Log in as the Admin Role.
- Click Patients (top left header).
- Click the 3 Dot Menu (top right).
Important Note: The Admin menu offers additional actions such as:
- Export Patients
- Import Patients
- Import History
- Show All Patients
- Bulk Invite Patients
Patient View: Practitioner
The Practitioner account provides a streamlined view of the patient list. Use the following steps to explore the Practitioner menu:
- Log in to the Practitioner Role.
- Click Patients (top left header).
- Click the 3 Dot Menu (top right).
Important Note: In the Practitioner menu, you can:
- Show All Patients
- Show Enabled Patients Only
