Managing Capacity of Add-ons

You're able to manage the capacity directly within Noterro. Simply follow these steps:

1. Log in as the Admin
2. Click your Settings
3. Click Noterro Subscription
4. Click the Manage link for the desired addon you would like to increase the capacity of
5. Select a new capacity and press Update

You will be billed a prorated amount for the new capacity. If you need to reduce your capacity, please send us an email at support@noterro.com.
