You will receive the FTP credentials from your Availity Implementation Coordinator or contact Availity Essentials Pro Support at 877-927-8000.

Log in to Availity Essentials at https://apps.availity.com

In the menu bar, click Claims & Payments > FTP and EDI Connection Services,
and then click Manage Your FTP Mailbox on the FTP and EDI Connection Services page -
On the Manage Your FTP Mailbox page, select the Organization

Enter a username and password for the new FTP account, confirm the password, and then click
Create Account

Once you have your login credentials you will need to add them in Noterro.
- Click on the Gear icon in the top right header
- Under the Insurance heading, click on Availity
- Put in your Username, Password, and Submitter ID
- Click Connect
