This feature is currently in Private Beta. At this time, only clinics with access to the Private Beta will have the ability to integrate with Ask Benny.
When the phone rings, you're usually with a client, not at a desk. Ask Benny is an AI receptionist that answers your calls, books appointments, and handles common questions, so a ringing phone never means stepping away from care or losing a booking to voicemail.
Connecting Ask Benny to Noterro means Benny isn't working from a static script. It reads your real availability, books directly into your Noterro calendar, and answers callers using your actual hours, services, and booking rules. A new appointment Benny takes at 9pm is in your schedule when you open Noterro in the morning, no double-entry, no double-bookings.
Connecting your Noterro and Ask Benny accounts
- Navigate to the Integrations page.
- Within the Ask Benny panel, click Generate API Key. It will be copied to your clipboard automatically.
- Login to your account on askbenny.ca.
What Benny handles once connected:
- Answers calls and books appointments straight into your Noterro schedule
- Answers routine questions — hours, location, what you treat, how to prepare
- Sends you a summary of every call, so nothing gets lost
