Connecting Google Calendar keeps your schedule aligned across both platforms. Whether you manage your day in Noterro, Google Calendar, or both, your availability stays accurate—without double booking or manual updates.
What You Can Do
Once connected, you can:
- Sync Noterro → Google Calendar:
Automatically push appointments, group bookings, and breaks to your Google Calendar. - Sync Google Calendar → Noterro:
Bring in your external events to block time in your Noterro schedule. - Avoid Double Bookings:
Keep all commitments visible in one place, no matter where they were created. - Stay Flexible:
Manage your schedule from either platform while everything stays in sync.
How Syncing Works
Events can sync in both directions depending on your setup:
- Google Calendar events marked as:
- Busy will block time in Noterro
- Free will not block availability
- Noterro events appear in your connected Google Calendar automatically.
Good to Know
- Sync settings can be managed in your Personal Settings.
- You can connect or disconnect at any time.
- Changes made in one calendar will reflect in the other based on your sync preferences.
When Should You Use This?
This integration is especially useful if you:
- Manage personal and clinic schedules separately.
- Use Google Calendar for day-to-day planning.
- Want to prevent scheduling conflicts automatically.
- Need visibility across multiple calendars.
