When you try to add a credit card to a patient/client profile, you may get the following error message:
"An error has occurred, please, try again later ER114 C:17 M: Duplicate match on payment information".
You will need to adjust a setting in your Bambora account.
- Log in to your Bambora account
- Click on Configuration in the sidebar
- Click on Payment Profile Configuration
- Uncheck "Do not allow the profile to be created with card data duplicated from existing profile"
