When a you try to add a credit card to patient/client profile, you may get the following error message:
"An error has occurred, please try again later, ER114 C:17 M:Duplicate match on payment information"
You will need to adjust a setting in your Bambora account.
- Login to your Bambora account
- Click on Configuration in the sidebar
- Click on Payment Profile Configuration
- Uncheck "Do not allow profile to be created with card data duplicated from existing profile"
