Although most forms that are emailed to the patients/clients do get successfully delivered, it is possible that some may not. Sometimes they can end up in the patient's/client's spam folder or even be filtered out before it even gets to the patient/client.
- Click on the Dashboard
- Under the Incomplete Form section click on the Three dots to the right of the patient's/client's name
- Click on Resend Form if you want it sent again
- Click on Copy Link if you want to send them the Form from your email
