Although most forms which are emailed to the patients/clients do get successfully delivered, it is possible that some may not. Sometimes they can end up in the patient's/client's spam folder, or even be filtered out before it even gets to the patient/client.
- Click on the Dashboard
- Under the Incomplete Form section click on the Black Triangle to the right of the patient's/client's name.
- Click on Resend Form if you want it sent again
- Click on Get Link if you want to send them Form from your email
