If a form has been completed and saved to a patient/client profile, you will only be able to edit the following.
- Form Status (Control whether or not this form is available to be selected within Noterro)
- Public Access (Allow this form to be shared on your website or emails. Upon completion of this form, a new patient will be created)
- Response Expiry (Select how long your patient/client responses are valid for)
- Click on the Gear icon (top right header)
- Click on Templates
- Click on Forms
- Click on the Form Name
- Click on the Settings button
- You can update the Form Name, Disable the form, Disable/Enable Public Access, and update the Expiry
