Setting Scheduling Limits Including Cancellations, Lead Times, Maximum Appointment/Hours & Cluster Booking

Cancellations
Allow clients to cancel their appointments within a minimum of notice.
Min Lead Time is the amount of time before an appointment a client can book online

Max Lead Time
Max Lead Time is how far in advance that a patient can book online.

The maximum number of appointments and hours which can be booked per day.
If you already have appointments/breaks booked, only allow clients to book adjacent to these existing appointments/breaks. This will effectively “cluster” your appointments together to reduce gaps in your day. Keep in mind that this will cause for fewer available start times once there is an appointment or break.

Setting these values as an Admin

  1. Click on the Gear icon (top right header)
  2. Click on Base Setup
  3. Click on Practitioners
  4. Click on the Practitioner’s Name 
  5. Click on Calendar Settings
  6. Update Settings
  7. Click Save

Setting these values as a Practitioner

  1. Click on either your Photo or Initials (top right header)
  2. Click on Calendar
  3. Update Settings
  4. Click Save
