Confirming/Deleting an Appointment from Voice Reminder Not Working

Patients/clients may be reporting that pressing number 1 to confirm or delete an appointment is not working, and it sends them into an endless loop trying to confirm or delete an appointment.

If the message goes to voicemail, pressing number 1 will not work because you are now in a voicemail account that has its commands (e.g., press 7 to delete the message). Pressing a number to confirm/delete an appointment will not work in the voicemail account.
