You may require a Full Payment, Deposit, or Credit card to book an Appointment, but, you must first set up your Payment Processing. After you set up payment processing, you can set your online booking payment policy at the Clinic level, or the individual Service level.
Clinic: Online Booking Payment Policy
- Log in as Admin
- Click on the Gear icon (top right header)
- Click on Calendar
- Under the Online Booking section click on View Settings
- Scroll down the page and under the heading Online Booking Payment Policy select the desired setting
- At the bottom of the page, click Save
Service: Online Booking Payment Policy
- Log in as Admin
- Click on the Gear icon (top right header)
- Click on Base Setup
- Click on the Services
- Click on the Edit button of the Service you want to apply the Online Booking Payment Policy
- In the Payment Policy Override section, update the dropdown setting
- Click Save

Good day, Does Soap Vault have the same processing with square where you can require a deposit full and partial cc on file.... I know that square does. why isn't that an option.
Laurann, the Online Booking area is only integrated with Bambora at this time. Square integration will come to Online Booking as well but we don't have a release date on that.
