You may require a Full Payment, Deposit or a Credit Card to book an Appointment, but you must first set up your Payment Processing. After you setup payment processing, you can set your online booking payment policy at the Clinic level, or at the individual Service level.
Clinic: Online Booking Payment Policy
- Login as Admin
- Click on the Gear icon (top right header)
- Under the Calendar heading click on Online Booking
- Scroll down the page and under the heading Online Booking Payment Policy select the desired setting
- Click Save
Service: Online Booking Payment Policy
- Login as Admin
- Click on the Gear icon (top right header)
- Under the Billing heading click on Services
- Click on the Service Category
- Click on the Edit button of the Service you want to apply the Online Booking Payment Policy
- Check the box Override the Clinic’s Online Booking Payment Policy
- Select the desired setting
- Click Save
