An Administrator can add Assistant Accounts to perform basic administrative functions. Assistants cannot be listed as the Practitioner on Clinical notes, or invoices.
- Log in as the Admin
- Click on the Gear icon (top right header)
- Click on Base Setup
- Click on Assistants
- Click Add New
- Enter their Email address
- Select the Permissions
- Click Invite to Clinic

Hi there,
Is there a way to limit the Assistant from Creating Soap Notes?
Currently, for some reason, they are able to see and create soap notes. Permissions are set for Assistant not to edit Client details
