Patients/Clients without Appointments Report

This report will allow you to display patients that do not have appointments booked and the date of their last appointment. 

  1. Log in as Admin
  2. Click on the Graph icon (Reports) in the left navigation
  3. Under the Patient section, click on Patients/Clients Without Appointments
  4. Click Download (it will be downloaded as a CSV file)

    Hi there, I like the concept of this report, however, when I download it to CSV, and then open it, it has the patient's first name twice and no last name.  Also, would it be possible to have added the name of the last therapist the patient saw to the download too?
