Managing a Practitioner/ Assistant Account as an Admin

An administrator can add, disable or delete a practitioner and set permission

Practitioner Permissions:

  • View client phone number
  • Allow access to billing activity
  1. Click on the Gear icon (top right)
  2. Under the General heading click on Practitioners
  3. To set Permissions click on the Name of the Practitioner 

Assistant Permissions:

  1. Click on the Gear icon (top right)
  2. Under the General heading click on Assistants
  3. To set Permissions click on the Name of the Practitioner

    Is there a way to make anyone else an Admin? Or allow an assistant or other practitioner admin abilities? Specifically for the ability to email or print off Financial Details under the Financial Summary Report? They can print and email the summary but do not have access to the same for the Financial Details option.

    Candice, yes the Financial Summary Report is available to Assistants and Practitioners if you grant them the "View Clinic Reports" permission.
