You can configure the fields (e.g. billing name, billing phone number, etc.) you require when adding a credit card to a Patient profile in Noterro. These fields will need to match when validating a credit card. You will need to configure this in your Bambora account.
Adding Required Fields to Your Credit Card
- Log in to your Bambora account. https://web.na.bambora.com/admin/td_sdefault.asp
- Click Configuration.
- Click Payment Profile Webform.
- Under the Form Setup heading, uncheck all the boxes except "Include credit card owner (Name on card)," which is required for most accounts. By doing this only the credit card number, expiry date, and CVV will be required when adding a credit card to a Patient Profile in your Noterro account. If you don't select "Include credit card owner (Name on card)," it can result in a 314 error from Bambora, and the card will need to have the name manually added within the Bambora console.
- Click Update at the bottom of the page.
Important Note: This only applies to Canadian accounts. US accounts always display all address fields for address verification requirements.

What is the max amount we can charge to their credit card via Bambora? Sometimes I do large corporate chair massage events that have fees up into the thousands. Will I have to do multiple transactions for that one invoice or will they even let me?
Whitney, this is something Bambora can help you with. When you go through the application process, these are questions which are asked and your Bambora merchant account is set up to handle them accordingly.
